  • How do I contact Egged Tours?

    Please note that we offer phone service from 8:00am until 9:00pm Israel time, Sunday through Thursday, and on Friday from 9:00am until noon Israel time. We do not offer phone service on Saturdays or at other times, however you are welcome to place an order online at those times.

  • How far in advance do I need to book my tour?

  • All tours can be booked up to 24 hours prior to tour departure. Tours purchased online should be booked up to 48 hours prior to tour departure. However, we strongly suggest you plan and book your tours in advance.

    Please note that we offer phone service from 8:00am until 9:00pm Israel time, Sunday through Thursday, and on Friday from 9:00am until noon Israel time. We do not offer phone service on Saturdays or at other times, however you are welcome to place an order online at those times.

  • Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate passengers in wheelchairs. If you are attending with anyone who has special needs, please contact us ahead of time to describe your needs so we can confirm whether or not we will be able to accommodate you before you pay for the tour.

  • If I booked my tour online how do I get my vouchers?

    You get a confirmation by e-mail with the reference number, this is your voucher. Please remember to bring this with you. 

  • Where do I have authority to travel to?

    We have the authority to travel within the Israeli territory only, including the Golan Heights and excluding West Bank and Gaza Strip.

  • Do you allow children on your tours?

    Children under the age of 5 are not allowed on our tours for safety and insurance reasons.

  • Do children qualify for a discount?

    Yes, children under the age of 12 qualify for a 10% discount for tours only, 

  • I’m a student with a valid student card, do I get a discount?

    Yes. Students qualify for a 10% discount for day tours only. 

  • Do you offer senior citizens discount?

    Not in this time.

  • What does the tour price include?

    All our tours include luxury air conditioned tour vehicle, experienced driver, multi-lingual tour guide certified by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, and entrance fees to parks and attractions mentioned in tour itinerary.

  • Is lunch included in the tour price?

    No, lunch is not included in tour price. However, we stop for lunch break in places were you can purchase your meal.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. 

  • Can we pay for the tour on the bus or to the guide?

    All tours must be purchased in advance, if you wish to pay cash please contact our office to book your tour. 

  • Can I start my tour in Jerusalem and finish in Tel Aviv (or vice versa)?

    Please contact our office to check availability.

  • Can I bring my pet on the tour?

    We are sorry, pets are not allowed on our vehicles

  • Do you have tours in languages other than English?

    Yes we have tours in Spanish, French, German and Russain. Click the language you wish to see the available tours and days.

  • What is The Cancellation policy?

    For day tours:

  • Full refiund will be given for notification up till 24 hours prior to the tour day.

    No refund will be provided for cancellation on the day of the tour or for non shown.

For multiple days tours and complete packages:

A notification 48 hours prior to the tour date will entitle you for a full refund.  

A notification 24 hours prior to the tour date will charge you for 25% cancellation fee.

In case of non-show or cancellation on the day of the tour there will be no refund.
