Terms & Conditions
Tours are operated daily all year round (except for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur). Early bookings are encouraged.
Egged tours reserves the right to outsource services to other service providers.
Egged Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour in the event of force majeure. Changes in schedules and/or routes may occur for reasons beyond our control. Please confirm your tour schedule with our reservations office.
Egged Tours reserves the right to retain any person as a member of any tour if we deem their acts as offensive or nuisance to other passengers and will have no further liability.
Daily tours are conducted in two languages. English language is always guaranteed.
Tour duration, pick up and drop off times are approximate and depend on traffic conditions.
Tour vehicles may vary in size. Eg'ged Tours reserves the right to use any kind of tourist transport such as bus, van, and/or minibus.
Passengers may choose pick-up points different from drop-off points and VV.
All accommodations are in tourist class hotels (excluding Kibbutz hotels) and include breakfast. Lunch and dinner are not included in the price, unless otherwise specified.
All rates are stated per person per night in double room. For single supplement and higher rates during high season please refer to Egged Tours' price list.
Children under the age of 12 and students with a valid ISIC card receive 10% discount, only if booked in Egged Tours' offices.
Children and infants under the age of 5 cannot be admitted on tours, for insurance and security reasons.
Tour cancellation policy for one-day tours: A full refund will be made if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to tour departure, otherwise full charge will apply. No refunds will be given for services not utilized.
Tour cancellation policy for multi-day tours: A full refund will be given for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the start date of the tour. A refund of 50% will be given for cancellations made 14 to 1 day before the tours. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the start of the tour.
Insurance: Egged Tours is acting as a direct or indirect agent between the passengers participating in the tour and hotels, sites, and restaurants. Egged Tours will not be held responsible in any case of damage, injury, and/or loss caused by a reason / person beyond its control.
Providers of goods and services are solely responsible for contents and quality of their products.
On tour #777 the order of the daily tours and/or accommodation arrangements may be changed. This tour is modular and is combined of 1- and 2-day regular tours.
All tours require minimum number of passengers. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to lack of demand.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars, unless otherwise specified.
Gratuities to guides and drivers are not included in the price
We respect your privacy and will keep your contact information and email address confidential. We reserve the right to contact you to request feedback on how you enjoyed your tour and how you suggest that we improve upon our tour service.
