Amendments and cancellations ?
Daily tours arrangements can be changed up to 24 hours prior to tour departure. Multiple-Day tours can be changed up to 48 hours prior to departure. Please contact our Tel Aviv office, in writing, for assistance.
Online amendments are not possible.
All tickets purchased on www.grayline.com are non-refundable, but many can be used up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact us in writing at

All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be given for late cancellations, failure to cancel (no show), or failure to arrive at our tour meeting point by the scheduled departure time. Travel insurance is advisable.

Your return time depends on the tour and the location you start it from. However, we would not suggest you to book a tour on a day you scheduled your flight back, traffic can be unpredictable at times!
Call our office and we will contact the bus driver immediately so you can get your items back.
