All tours can be booked up to 24 hours prior to tour departure. Tours purchased online should be booked up to 48 hours prior to tour departure.
However, we strongly suggest you plan and book your tours in advance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate passengers in wheelchairs. If you are attending with anyone who has special needs, please contact us ahead of time to describe your needs so we can confirm whether or not we will be able to accommodate you before you pay for the tour.
The ticket you have printed with the reference number is your voucher. Please remember to bring this with you. You will not be allowed on the bus without a voucher
We have the authority to travel within the Israeli territory only, including the Golan Heights and excluding West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed on our tours for safety and insurance reasons.

All our tours include luxury, air conditioned tour vehicle, experienced driver, multi-lingual tour guide certified by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, and all entrance fees to parks and attractions mentioned in tour itinerary.
No, lunch is not included in tour price. However, we stop for lunch break in places were you can purchase your meal.
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Cash payments are only acceptable if paid at our Tel Aviv office.
No, all tours must be purchased in advance, our guides are not authorized to collect payments.
