In July 2009, I was a guest on an Egged charter bus from Haifa to Tel Aviv airport. After paying the bus fare, I had slipped my wallet into my travelling bag. On arrival Ben Gurion airport, I found that my wallet with my passport, cash and credit cards had not made it off the bus with my travelling bag. On contact with the bus company, arrangements were made to help me out of my dilemma. Within two and a half hours, my wallet had been found and was safely delivered intact to me at the airport.
