I would just like to make some quick comments about a tour I attended with your Company to Jerusalem on Saturday 23rd of May, 2009. I am a visitor from Australia in Israel on business. The Company I work for (FibroLAN) organised a tour for myself and another Australian visitor on Saturday. There was some debate about whether someone from FibroLAN should drive us to Jerusalem or attend with your Company. Your Company was recommended and it was felt we would get more out of the trip with a knowledgeable guide so we went with EG’GED. Well they were right. Our guide was Haya. Haya gave us a fantastic experience. Haya’s knowledge was extensive and she explained things well. Haya told us we would have a two hour walk through Jerusalem but her ability to be flexible with a small group meant that we ended up walking for 3.5 hours which was great. Haya managed to stop when people needed or wanted to (i.e. buy things) stop longer at some sights and less at others depending on the group and still manage to keep us moving. She gently moved the laggers taking photos along (that’s me) while being polite and non offensive. Haya obviously has a passion for what she does and the tour was better for it. She made us feel that the information she passed on was important which made it all the more interesting. I’d like to personally thank Haya for a great tour and yourself for putting together a well organised trip. Haya’s attitude, skill and knowledge made the trip a great experience and our Company will certainly use EG’GED tours again and I will recommend EG’GED tours to anyone in Australia who is planning a trip to Israel.
